PAGCOR, the Philippines Amusement and Gaming Corporation, is being accused of corruption after Pastor Boy Saycon turned over evidence to the country’s Department of Justice.

Saycon is no ordained leader that is religious but the secretary-general of the Council of Philippine Affairs. He is reportedly supplied documents to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre that shows PAGCOR participating in bribery along with other illegal practices. The allegations stem from before President Rodrigo Duterte took workplace.
